Eric Deltour, who spent more than 10 years in the United States, focuses his practice on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures and arbitration. Mr. Deltour represents and advises domestic and international clients in transactions such as buy-outs, acquisitions, takeover bids, shareholders agreements and disputes resolutions, joint venture structures, and venture capital investments.

Mr. Deltour is a member of the International Bar Association.
