Chloé Lebret focuses her practice on complex structured financing, including real estate finance, leveraged finance, and fund financing. She advises leading national and international banks, financial institutions, and investment funds on both domestic and cross-border banking and finance transactions.

She has extensive expertise in the real estate sector, advising on transactions involving various property assets such as hotels, office buildings, shopping centers, warehouses, retail spaces, and vacation resorts. She also has in-depth experience in green and sustainable finance as well as in bond financing.

Prior to joining Dechert, Chloé Lebret was an associate at a leading French law firm.
