Siew Kam Boon practices in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, private equity and emerging growth and venture capital, with significant experience in the technology, health care and life sciences, outsourcing, media, telecommunications, FMCG, energy, infrastructure and resources industries. Ms. Boon represents corporate clients, including private equity and venture capital funds, sovereign wealth funds and special situations groups.

Prior to joining Dechert, Ms. Boon served as a partner in the private equity and emerging growth practice at K&L Gates.

Her previous experience also includes working in the M&A group in the Singapore and Shanghai office of another international law firm and working at one of the largest law firms in Singapore.
