Gregory A. Schernecke focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, with a particular emphasis on private equity; corporate finance and general corporate matters, including public company reporting and governance issues.

Mr. Schernecke represents private equity and strategic buyers and sellers and their portfolio companies in merger and acquisition transactions across a wide range of industry sectors, including travel and hospitality, healthcare, technology, consumer products, financial services and asset management and industrial manufacturing. He also represents companies and investment banks in cross border public and private financing transactions and securities offerings of equity and debt.
