Spencer C. Joffrion practices in the areas of intellectual property and corporate law, with a focus on the pharmaceutical, media, and technology industries. He has significant experience assisting both global and U.S.-based clients with large-scale, international projects related to complex M&A, leveraged finance and corporate governance. Mr. Joffrion also represents public and private companies in relation to U.S. securities law compliance, secured and unsecured financing transactions, corporate governance, and due diligence reviews.
