Career

Jacques Sivignon's principal activity is acting for multinational clients before French Courts in complex commercial litigation, product liability, industrial risk and post-acquisition matters with a particular focus on pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. Mr. Sivignon’s practice includes advising clients on compliance issues and working on a number of investigations dealing with corruption, fraud and violations of securities regulation. Mr. Sivignon also acts as counsel for various state entities and multinational clients in ICC arbitrations concerning general corporate, license, construction and energy-related disputes. His practice includes the setting aside or enforcement of international arbitration awards, including attachment and tracing of assets.
