Career

Jennifer Insley-Pruitt focuses her practice on intellectual property counseling, enforcement, and infringement disputes. She has represented clients across a variety of industries, including financial services, fashion, entertainment, technology, consumer goods, and health care.  She has experience in litigation in federal and state court and before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, trademark and copyright clearance and prosecution, and the acquisition, sale, and licensing of intellectual property rights.
