Craig P. Druehl's practice focuses on representing ad hoc groups and official committees of creditors, as well as distressed investors, lenders and other creditors in out-of-court restructurings and Chapter 11 and 15 cases. He also has substantial experience representing acquirers of assets in Chapter 11 cases, companies in out-of-court restructurings and Chapter 11 cases and parties to bankruptcy litigation.
