Patrick Goebel advises clients on all types of retail and private Luxembourg investment vehicles including UCITS, private equity funds, real estate funds and other alternative investment funds investing in non-financial assets including wine, art and precious stones. He also advises Luxembourg management companies, depositaries and administrators when servicing investment funds and on legal and regulatory issues in relation to the distribution of investment funds.
