Giles Belsey focuses his practice on financial services matters, with a particular emphasis on debt capital markets. Mr Belsey frequently advises on standalone and structured note issuances, medium term note programs, convertible bonds and hybrid capital. Additional transactions on which he regularly counsels clients include asset-backed financings, including securitisations, debt restructurings and tender offers.
