Construction and Engineering

Gavin is a senior associate in Carson McDowell's Construction and Engineering team. He is involved in all aspects of non-contentious contract drafting and negotiating, as well as contentious construction disputes involving adjudications, arbitrations and litigation in the High Court.

Gavin trained and practised as a solicitor at another global law firm before joining Carson McDowell in September 2014.

Gavin graduated with a distinction in his masters in Legal Science from Queen’s University, Belfast in 2009 and obtained his professional qualification from the Institute of Professional Legal Studies, Queen’s University, Belfast in 2011.
