Daiana Suk assists financial institutions and corporations on cross-border financing and commercial transactions across Latin America.

Daiana is experienced in advising private- and public-sector clients in international finance, capital markets and corporate transactions, including secured and unsecured financings, debt restructurings, registered offerings and private placements of equity and debt securities, and project finance. She has additional experience in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity and general banking transactions, with a particular focus on the technology and energy sectors.
