Marcelo Ra advises clients on capital markets and corporate finance transactions. provide services to local governments and various local and international companies in energy, mining, and life science, among other areas.

Prior to joining DLA Piper, Marcelo advised foreign companies on their entry into the Argentinean and Uruguayan markets. He served as a Country Specialist at the Korea Trade Investment Promotion Agency for several years, actively supporting the positioning of various companies in the life science, energy and automobile industry within the local market. He assisted in local regulatory processes, representation agreements, public tenders and technology transfers, among other matters.
