Federico Vieyra is an attorney specializing in capital markets, banking and finance, with extensive experience advising public and private entities on debt offerings, public securities offerings, and complex financing transactions in both the Argentine and international capital markets. His practice focuses on structuring and executing sophisticated financial transactions, providing comprehensive counsel to corporations, provincial governments, and public entities in connection with bond issuances, negotiable obligations, and treasury notes. He has also passed the Argentine National Securities Commission (CNV) Capital Markets Proficiency Examination, further demonstrating his technical expertise in the financial sector.​

Throughout his career, Federico has participated in some of the most significant capital markets transactions in Argentina. His experience includes advising Edenor on a Rule 144A and Regulation S international offering of notes totaling approximately USD 187 million, as well as several local debt issuances with an aggregate value of approximately USD 221 million. He also advised EDEMSA on four local bond issuances totaling USD 80 million and represented several Argentine provinces, including Buenos Aires, Santa Fe, Mendoza, Chaco, and Río Negro, in major public financing transactions involving bonds and treasury notes to support infrastructure projects, strengthen public finances, and enhance access to the capital markets.​

His work has been recognized by leading legal and financial publications. In 2024, Latin Lawyer named him the most active associate in Argentine debt capital markets transactions during the first and second quarters of the year, and The Legal 500 Latin America recommended him in the Banking & Finance practice area. Federico graduated with a Law degree, specializing in Economic and Business Law, from the University of Buenos Aires, where he was awarded both the Gold Medal and the Diploma of Honor. He is fluent in both Spanish and English and regularly advises domestic and international clients on high-profile financing and capital markets transactions.
