He has more than 20 years’ experience and acts as a trusted advisor to a number of Danish and international clients.

Niels is a very seasoned negotiator with extensive experience, advising both Danish and international clients on complex matters.

Niels further excels in life science and pharma work and has advised on authorisation and marketing of food and medical devices and regulatory requirements relating to production.

For more than 20 years, Niels has advised clients on the protection and enforcement of their IP rights, including on trade secrets and marketing.

Niels serves on the boards of directors of a number of venture funds and startups.
