Sebastian Ingversen specialises in M&A and other business transactions. Sebastian has a wealth of experience in acting for major Danish and international companies on their investments in and sale and purchase of enterprises in Denmark as well as internationally.

Sebastian has vast experience in all parts of a transaction process. He often heads DLA Piper’s transaction teams, and he advises clients throughout negotiations as well as on strategic considerations, with clients benefitting from his vast experience, acute business sense and solution-focused approach.

Sebastian’s considerable experience within M&A/business transactions also extends to all aspects regarding the calculation of purchase price and negotiations in that relation. Moreover, Sebastian has particular expertise within transfers within the energy sector. He also assists in optimising and preparing enterprises for sale.

Furthermore, Sebastian deals with company law and contracts, ensuring, as client relationship partner, consistent and strategic advisory services to a number of DLA Piper clients.

Sebastian serves on the boards of directors of several Danish companies. Moreover, he lectures on M&A at continuing legal education seminars (JUC, a Danish legal education centre).
