In addition to general business advice, Jan Snogdal deals especially with mergers and acquisitions as well as company law and serves on boards of directors.

Through his board duties, Jan has accumulated considerable experience and knowledge of business affairs and is often involved in strategic considerations relating to mergers and acquisitions, ownership transitions, restructuring proceedings and turnarounds.

Moreover, he has completed the INSEAD International Directors Programme and is certified in Corporate Governance (IDP-C).
