Jørgen Flodgaard deals with commercial law focusing, especially with the establishment of companies, including innovation companies and board duties. He has more than 25 years of experience in providing legal advice to small and medium-sized enterprises.

Jørgen is also involved in the administration of bankrupt estates, as well as restructuring of companies.
