Peter Mollerup has more than 25 years’ experience as a legal advisor within investments, mergers and business transfers (M&A). Throughout the years, the focus has been on owner-managers’ sale of businesses and associated real estate as well as investments for wealthy private individuals.

The transactions were carried out within a broad range of industries, such as within IT, real estate, medico, food, technology, construction as well as consultancy activities.

On several occasions, Peter has lived and worked abroad and is thus extensively experienced in handling cross-border transactions as well as companies with activities in many countries.

Peter sits on a number of boards of directors of Danish and foreign companies.

Peter regularly provides advice on the sale and purchase of as well as investment in real estate to wealthy private individuals, family offices and professional investors.
