Rasmus Vang is highly specialised in intellectual property law and litigation and arbitration.

In the field of intellectual property law, Rasmus has extensive experience in the protection of inventions (patent law), technology and IT as well as in drafting licence and distribution agreements, etc. relating to the commercialisation of IP rights.

Rasmus has conducted numerous significant lawsuits concerning the enforcement of intellectual property rights, including proceedings involving preliminary injunctions and orders as well as evidence preservation proceedings.

Additionally, Rasmus has experience in litigation and arbitration of a general commercial nature, including cases relating to the professional liability of advisors, M&A disputes and cross-border matters.
