With more than 20 years’ experience, Marie Louise Aagaard is renowned for her wealth of experience in advising both Danish and international clients on all aspects of employment law.

Marie focuses particularly on advising clients in connection with business transfers, collective dismissals, restructuring, bonus and incentive schemes for key employees, etc.

Furthermore, Marie is a highly experienced advisor in matters concerning unfair dismissal because of age, pregnancy/parental leave, disability, etc. Marie is also a go-to advisor in matters concerning non-competition and non-solicitation of customers clauses.​

In addition to her long-standing experience in the legal sector, Marie has previously been employed with one of Denmark’s largest trade unions and is also; furthermore, she is widely experienced within collective bargaining agreements.
