Javier has twenty years of professional practice, in which he has participated in the sponsorship and defense of natural and legal persons, both public and private, before the Judiciary, Constitutional Court, and Arbitral Courts in civil, constitutional, commercial, and administrative matters; highlighting the successes obtained in cases of disqualification of companies to contract with the State, cancellation of administrative fines, disputes over the sale of shares in companies in the plastics sector (US $ 9’200,000), on the sale of gas (US $ 50,000,000), execution of a penalty in the hydrocarbons sector (US $ 2,000,000).
