Mr. Brown-Sáenz is an Attorney in the firm's Litigation and Labor and Employment Practice Groups. His practice concentrates in litigation of civil matters in a wide array of matters, including commercial litigation, damages, contractual disputes and arbitration, defending large corporations as well as small and medium businesses. Mr. Brown-Sáenz has concentrated the past twelve (12) years of his practice in managing labor and employment disputes at all levels, including before administrative agencies, in arbitration, before local state courts and in the Puerto Rico Federal District Court. He has significant experience managing matters such as unjust dismissal, discrimination, retaliation, failure to accommodate, wages and hours, among others.

Mr. Brown-Sáenz also provides advice and counseling to business in matters ranging from contract negotiations to counseling companies in labor and employment matters. He has experiencing drafting commercial contracts, employment contracts, employment policies, handbooks and manuals, internal processes and procedures, among others. He also regularly provides advise and counseling to employers in managing employee complaints, disciplinary actions and internal investigations.
