Miriam Petrillo practices in the field of employment and labor law, assisting employers with their employment counseling and litigation needs. Miriam's practice focuses primarily on representing employers in employment related disputes in US Federal and State Courts, administrative agencies and in arbitration and mediation.

Her practice also focuses on advising clients on day-to-day employment law matters, including employee onboarding, disciplinary actions and investigations, preparation of employee handbooks and employee-related policies, employee leave compliance and the negotiation of severance and release agreements.
