Career

Jennifer Nall is a trial lawyer and registered patent attorney with experience assisting clients to procure, enforce, defend, license, and litigate intellectual property rights in high-technology cases. Her litigation experience extends to all phases of pre-trial, trial, inter partes review, and appeal, and she practices in front of numerous district courts, the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, the Federal Circuit, the International Trade Commission and the Supreme Court.

Jennifer is an original and current member of Judge Alan Albright’s Western District of Texas attorney advisory panel. She is currently Chair of the Amicus Committee of the American Intellectual Property Law Association, where she leads the group that advises which cases AIPLA should submit amici briefs to the Supreme Court and Federal Circuit. She is a Past President of the Austin Intellectual Property Law Association and a past Chair of the Patent Litigation Committee of the American Intellectual Property Law Association.

After law school, Jennifer clerked for the Honorable Timothy B. Dyk of U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Prior to law school, she worked as a processor designer at Intel Corporation where her work involved timing optimization, clocking, and fuse design.
