Eileen O'Pray focuses on tax matters related to US and cross-border M&A and private equity and venture capital transactions and investments. She also advises clients on tax aspects of capital markets and other financing transactions. Eileen previously practiced in-house at a global semiconductor company based in Silicon Valley. She has extensive experience advising on the tax implications of strategic transactions, including those with a focus on emerging technologies, such as drones, autonomous driving and artificial intelligence.
