Jake Zolotorev represents clients in intellectual property disputes involving complex computer and electronic technologies. He has been involved in many of the largest patent disputes involving computer technology and consumer electronics. He focuses on an in-depth evaluation of every technological aspect of a case. Jake has a deep familiarity with a broad range of software and hardware technologies at issue in patent litigation, from hard drives to computer architecture, flash memory, file systems, GPS, cloud computing, machine learning and smart phones. He also has a broad range of patent litigation experience across many venues, from the Northern District of California to the International Trade Commission.

Jake is proficient with several commonly used computer languages and HDL, and frequently assists clients in intellectual property licensing efforts, patent monetization, patent portfolio diligence and valuation, and intellectual property strategic guidance.
