Nereida Meléndez Rivera is the Puerto Rico Office Managing Partner. She focuses her practice on corporate internal investigations, white-collar defense, and regulatory enforcement. She advises individuals and corporations in criminal and regulatory enforcement actions as well as represents clients in investigations and proceedings by the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the Office of the Commissioner of Financial Institutions and Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
