Career

Tanja is a European and UK Patent Attorney in J A Kemp’s London office. Her clients range from large multinationals to UK start-ups, and she is closely involved with shaping many of her clients’ IP strategies, including those for key commercial products. She also manages large global patent portfolios with extensive experience in the prosecution of cases across the globe, as well as in the defence of granted patents. Tanja has also successfully attacked granted European patents in opposition proceedings, and has experience in providing validity opinions as well as freedom to operate analyses.

Her practice covers a range of diverse technical areas with a particular focus on vaccines, diagnostics and Live Biotherapeutics.

Tanja joined J A Kemp in 2022 from another leading UK firm.
