Carly is a Partner specialising in corporate finance, advising clients on a wide range of corporate work including M&A, group reorganisations for UK and international groups, shareholder and joint venture agreements and general corporate governance.

She is a sector specialist having advised on a broad range of corporate matters for clients in the financial services sector.  Carly has also worked in-house for a multinational FTSE 250 company.
