Position
Kelly is a partner in the Restructuring and Insolvency team.
Kelly has experience in all aspects of contentious and non-contentions corporate and personal insolvency work. She works with many UK clearing banks, insolvency practitioners, LPA Receivers and corporate entities on a wide range of insolvency and restructuring issues but has particular expertise in non-contentious advisory and transactional work.
