Simon leads the firm's corporate team in Leeds and is a highly experienced corporate transactional lawyer with over 25 years’ experience in a huge variety of corporate transactions.

He has significant and varied experience in private M&A and private equity having advised numerous PE funds, management teams and corporate and individual sellers over the years. Simon has worked in the recent past with a wide range of clients including Cairngorm Capital, North Edge Capital, Endless LLP and LDC.
