Liz is an experienced real estate and property lawyer.
She acts for a range of clients, including social housing providers, commercial investors, property developers and high-net-worth-individuals dealing with acquisitions, disposals and refinancing of properties. Liz has a particular specialism in the social housing sector and deals with both commercial and residential property matters. In a prior role, she led the residential property department of a Bristol-based firm.
Liz’s primary focus is on strong relationships, excellent client service and a commercial approach. She is ranked by Chambers and Partners as an Associate to Watch and is a former Board Member of the Tenant Participation Advisory Service Cymru (TPAS Cymru).
