Position

Consultant Solicitor.

Cynthia undertakes general criminal defence work, attending interviews in police stations and appearing as an advocate in both Magistrates' and youth courts on a virtual daily basis. She has considerable experience in defending clients accused of crimes across the entire criminal spectrum including serious sexual offences, murder and fraud.  She represents both legally aided clients and privately funded clients on white-collar allegations.

Cynthia also has experience of attending benefit fraud interviews, HMRC and HSE interviews and has advised professionals in relation to professional disciplinary proceedings and investigations being brought against them.
