Position
Almost exclusively in the field of children law undertaking factually complex private law disputes typically involving cases where there is significant dispute as to the arrangements for the child/children often with cross-allegations of domestic violence and parental alienation and cases with an international element, in which questions of jurisdiction or enforcement of foreign orders arise, cases of child abduction (Hague and non-Hague), as well as international and internal relocation cases. Extensive experience in public law matters involving legally or factually complex issues, as well as those in which there are international issues, or where jurisdiction is challenged. Also instructed in applications concerning vulnerable adults, and those with mental incapacity in the Court of Protection, and in applications for forced marriage protection orders.
