Position
An experienced specialist in matrimonial finance and related matters. Anthony’s practice encompasses the full range of ancillary financial relief, including financial relief on divorce, financial provision after a foreign divorce and financial provision for the children under Schedule 1 , and Trusts of Land disputes. Peter has appeared at all levels including the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court and deals with complex cases or cases of high value. He often appears against, and is led by, Queen's Counsel.
