Position
Max’s practice primarily focusses on matrimonial finance and Schedule 1 cases, often involving substantial assets with complex company, tax and trust issues spread over various jurisdictions. He has a particular interest in the validity and recognition of marriages and divorces, and the interaction between civil and religious marriages. Called to the Bar in 2002 (Gray’s Inn). Qualified as mediator in 2010 and as an Arbitrator in 2014.
