Position

Judith has a significant practice in matrimonial finance and the financial consequences on the breakdown of civil partnership and cohabitation. She has specialist experience in cases involving farms, trusts, businesses and significant wealth.  Judith is often instructed in cases that have parallel private law children proceedings which may have implications on the outcome of financial proceedings.  She has substantial experience in children act proceedings both public and private, and a particular interest in relocation cases.  She endeavours to approach all cases in a pragmatic way, with an eye to swift and economic resolution where possible. Nevertheless, she is ready to challenge an inappropriate opposition case with robust and firm resolve at trial where necessary.
