Position

An experienced specialist in matrimonial finance and related matters. Anthony’s practice encompasses the full range of ancillary financial relief, including financial relief on divorce, financial provision after a foreign divorce and financial provision for the children under Schedule 1 , and Trusts of Land disputes. Peter has appeared at all levels including the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court and deals with complex cases or cases of high value.
