Position

David specialises in financial cases involving substantial assets, complex company valuations and those with trust and tax issues. He is regarded as taking an eminently sensible, reasonable but, where necessary, forceful approach to financial remedy disputes. He also acts for parents in Schedule 1 financial claims and in other private law Children Act disputes. Having honed his advocacy skills for several years at the Criminal Bar, he is particularly regarded for his ability to uncover the truth through cross-examination. David also acts as an Arbitrator through the IFLA scheme. He also frequently sits as a Private FDR judge.
