Peter specialises in ‘heavy duty’ financial claims, particularly those involving businesses, landed estates, issues of non-disclosure etc. Notable cases: Shield v Shield [2014] EWHC 23 (Fam); Shield v Shield [2013] EWHC 3525 (Fam).

Called 1971; member Middle Temple and Lincoln’s Inn.  Author of Matrimonial Property & Finance (Jordans).  Co-author (with DJ Hess) of Dictionary of Financial Remedies (Class Publishing).  Appears on the lecture circuit and writes for Family Law Journal and Family Affairs.
