Position

Eno' s practice covers the following:

Family Finance:  Financial Remedies: Matrimonial Finance, Financial Provision for Children, Pre and post-nuptial agreements, Civil  Partnerships, Cohabitation, Inheritance Act.

Children Law: Children (private law). Children (public law), Jurisdiction, Abduction & Relocation, LGBT Parenting.

Family Law (general): Divorce – proceedings and jurisdiction, Domestic Violence, EU Regulations, Professional Negligence.

Career

Called 2019, Middle Temple.  Eno joined chambers in October 2023 after completing his pupillage under the supervision of Simon Calhaem, Amber Sheridan and Indira Ramsahoye.

Prior to joining chambers, Eno was a paralegal at Burgess Mee Family Law where he worked on private family law cases including SA v FA [2022] EWFC 115 (in which a stay of English divorce proceedings was successfully sought on forum non conveniens grounds in favour of proceedings in Abu Dhabi). Eno also spent a year as a research assistant to a commercial barrister, working on company law and insolvency cases across several jurisdictions.

Awards:  Diplock Scholarship – Middle Temple, Winner of the Inner Temple Magna Carta Moot, Winner of the Inner Temple Inter-Varsity Moot.
