Position

Practice covers the full range of family law issues with a particular emphasis on financial remedy applications and claims under the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996.

Joe has been led in the Court of Appeal twice: first by Jonathan Southgate QC in the case of Sharp v Sharp [2017] EWCA Civ 408 and subsequently by Jonathan Swift in the case of Wilmot v Maughan [2017] EWCA Civ 1668.
