International law relating to children in particular child abduction, jurisdictional disputes, both external and internal relocation cases and all other areas of family work with respect to children. Particular interests - experience in work concerning the Sub-Continent and Middle East, and the representation of children in abduction proceedings. Indira also has extensive experience in Hague and non-Hague abduction cases, and relocation cases involving other jurisdictions all over the world.
