Position
Specialist areas of practice include UK and EU competition law, EU law, sports law, public procurement law and human rights law. Recent and current cases include competition damages liitgation (including Interchange, Trucks and USD LIBOR); advising competition authorities on enforcement and regulatory matters (including ORR on its Freightliner case and the CMA on a regulatory appeal); defending the air cargo cartel decision (Singapore Airlines v Commission); and Shindler & McLennan v Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster (CA; disenfranchisement of long-term ex pats from EU Referendum)..
