Nicholas has experience of diverse commercial and public law matters, with particular interests in commercial disputes and civil fraud matters (including injunctions), competition law, sectoral regulation (including telecoms, transport, and energy), tax, State aid, public procurement and general EU law, consumer credit and other consumer protection legislation, and human rights.
