Specialist areas of practice include UK and EU competition law, subsidy control, economic regulation, public procurement law and sports law. Recent competition damages claims include the collective actions in Roberts v Severn Trent Water and others, USD LIBOR and Interchange. Regulatory cases include R (Wales and West Utilities) v CMA (judicial review of energy price control appeals determination) and Singapore Airlines v Commission (appeal against air freight cartel decision).
