Prior to commencing pupillage, Brónach Gordon gained valuable experience as a paralegal in the family department of a Legal 500 firm. Her role focused on financial remedy and private children cases, including those with international elements. Her responsibilities included drafting legal documents, advising clients, and representing them in court.
During her BPTC, Brónach demonstrated a commitment to pro bono work, volunteering with the National Centre for Domestic Violence and the Family Advice Scheme, which supports individuals unable to access legal representation due to legal aid cuts.

Brónach has a thriving practice in all areas of children’s law, encompassing both public law care proceedings and private law disputes. She represents a diverse range of clients, including Local Authorities, parents, grandparents, and guardians. Brónach has appeared in complex cases involving severe issues such as allegations of child sexual abuse, child abduction, and wardship.
In private children disputes, Brónach is frequently instructed in matters involving allegations of forced marriage, parental alienation, and domestic abuse. She also has experience in surrogacy cases, particularly those concerning legal parentage.
