Marc Roberts is a specialist in private law, with a particular focus on Children Act proceedings and financial remedies. His extensive experience in these areas ensures that he is well-equipped to handle even the most complex cases.

Practice overview 

Marc has particular experience in ancillary relief cases where conduct is an issue (including in relation to the transmission of HIV). Marc has represented women prisoners with regard to restraint/assault during pregnancy and childbirth in the Queen’s Bench Division.

Marc also appears in disciplinary proceedings and has represented students and trainees in university disciplinary hearings, police officers, and architects.
