Position
Andrew has prosecuted and defended in trials across the criminal spectrum including offences of robbery; drugs supply; violence; controlling or coercive behaviour; stalking and harassment and sexual offences.
Andrew has gained experience in dealing with vulnerable defendants, and complainants with mental health complexities. He has persuaded the RSCPA to offer no evidence against defendant who could not understand or follow court proceedings.
Andrew is currently a Grade 2 CPS prosecutor, and he is also on the CPS Serious Crime Panel (Grade 2). Andrew regularly accepts both prosecution and defence work.
